Mortality
An illustrated research project investigating our connection with the subject that connects us all, our mortality. This work culminated in a printed book of the same title, featuring a series of drawings that captured buildings of worship at different times of day, alongside captioned insights from different generations communicating their own personal thoughts and feelings - religious or otherwise.
Remnants
An archival project that I originally designed in response to a brief for the DRAW Collective at the Royal College of Art. Fundamentally, ‘Remnants’ represents a patchwork of architecture as well as a network of design objects, features and relics from Victorian London through to the present day. The concept of a lingering presence, the act of noticing buried grandeur and dissecting hybrid facades influences each thought and visualisation of these modern day, urbanised ‘ruins’.
