Although I was originally an Illustrator who was very much ‘pen to paper’, in recent years my practice has organically evolved to explore textile design due to the material quality and variety of textures within my drawn marks. Creating limited collections of silk scarves, clothing and interior items gives a different presence to both my figurative and mark-making styles, creating wearable drawings that play with scale, colour ways and fabric construction.
